Dry January doesn't have to be boring. Treat yourself to this fruity mocktail with Edisto Gold's All-Natural Honey.
10 mint leaves
1 ounce Edisto Gold Honey
½ ounce lime juice
1½ ounces verjus
Garnish: mint sprig, dried (or fresh)
In a tall glass, add mint, salt, and honey; lightly muddle. Add lime juice, verjus, and crushed ice. Mix with a spoon, then top with lime wheel.
