Everling Coastal Farm is located in Virginia Beach, VA and was started in 2016 growing organic microgreens for local restaurants. They are always looking for a way to eat healthier and discovered the benefits of cold pressed, unrefined oils in our diet. So, in 2019, they decided to add Artisan Oils to their list of offerings.
Their oils are made with the highest quality nuts and seeds sourced from U.S, non-GMO or organic farms. The cold pressed method provides a healthy oil (no heat or chemicals used in pressing or filtering, only gravity) which maintains a high level of nutrients and flavor. In 2022, they added the most delicious balsamic vinegars they could find, they are imported from Modena, Italy from a family owned producer using the traditional methods of making balsamic vinegars.
Their white balsamic vinegars are aged for 9 years in barrels and their darks are aged for 12 years! The grapes used for the vinegars are grown on the property of the producer, these vinegars are aged like fine wine! Their oils and vinegars pair nicely together when used in salads or cooking.
