Jim Millican has considered himself a North Carolinian since birth, but his journey towards starting Big Delicious detoured through a career in banking and a temporary relocation to Chicago. An entrepreneur at heart, Millican’s interactions with the hard-working small business owners and entrepreneurs of Chicagoland is what truly inspired him to take the leap and start his own brand. Ultimately, he landed back home in North Carolina—a place where he’s always been comfortable rolling up his sleeves, this time creating a business for himself that celebrates something he cares deeply about.

Jim's Hot 'Cue Quesadilla
1 tablespoon butter
1 flour tortilla
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup Big Delicious Hot 'Cue Dip.
Preheat a cast-iron skillet over medium-low heat and melt the butter. Place the tortilla in the pan, and spread half the cheese evenly over the tortilla.
Spread the Hot 'Cue dip evenly over the shredded cheese, and sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top.Fold the tortilla in half, and cook the bottom until it is golden brown. Flip the quesadilla and cook the other side until it's golden brown. Cut into four pieces, and serve with cream cheese, or an extra scoop of Hot 'Cue Dip.
