Try Patrick O’Connell’s delectable potato cakes, topped with crème fraîche and Louisiana Caviar Co.’s Cajun Caviar. Only takes about 20 minutes to cook, and don’t forget to top it with chives!

If you’re from the south, you’re familiar with warm, savory collard greens. For a nice substitution, try food and nutrition journalist and author of Juiblee Toni Tipton-Martin’s fusion of wilted greens and crispy bacon.
