The Local Palate Marketplace is ecstatic to announce Sarge’s Shrimp and Grits Sauce, our newest vendor!

Chef Julius West’s culinary masterpiece of Shrimp and Grits Sauce is an ode to authentic, homemade Southern comfort food. So much so, that his customer’s love for it inspired him to bottle it up for anyone to grab off the shelf and enjoy at home. 

Sarge’s is available at small businesses across North Carolina, as well as online through The Local Palate Marketplace.

“It’s easy, Just add chicken broth and shrimp,” says West. Rave reviews qualify the mix as the perfect dish to whip up for a quick bite, and customers adamantly state it will be a pantry staple for years to come.
