- 2½ cups shredded Colby-Jack cheese, divided
- ¾ cup Tommy’s Bloody Mary Mix
- ½ cup green onions, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 1 cup frozen corn, thawed
- ½ pound medium peeled and deveined shrimp, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 cup lump crab meat
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce
- Toasted baguette, celery, or crackers for serving
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix cream cheese, 1½ cups of cheese, Tommy’s Bloody Mary Mix, green onions, garlic, and parsley in medium bowl until well blended. Add shrimp and crab meat and stir gently to combine.
