Produced by pressing whole, fresh Eureka lemons with late-harvest olives at the time of crush, our Lemon Olive Oil delivers a beautiful, light flavor. It's perfect for sautéing shrimp or scallops, or for drizzling over chicken and fish. Mix in a splash of our Tuscan Herb Olive Oil and some freshly chopped herbs before brushing onto grilled fish for an even more aromatic finish. Or, whisk it together with one of our balsamic vinegars to create a crisp, lively vinaigrette.
