Altman Farm's heirloom stone-ground Buttermilk Cornbread Mix uses super-fine cold-stone milled corn to preserve the natural oils and flavors in the heirloom grain.

With their convenient quickie bag, all you have to do is add an egg, butter, and milk (or water), stir, and bake. The secret here is that the buttermilk is already in the mix!
