Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Prepare a parchment-lined baking sheet and set aside.
Make the glaze: In a small saucepan over medium-high heat, combine blackberry jalapeño jam, honey, and pepper. Stir consistently for 5 to 7 minutes, or until a smooth glaze has formed. Set aside.
Make the dates: In a small bowl, add goat cheese, whipped cream cheese, and honey. Using a hand mixer, mix until well combined and fluffy. Add mixture to a piping bag and pipe cheese into each date. Wrap each date with a half slice of bacon, and secure with a toothpick. Using a pastry brush, generously coat each date with glaze and place on prepared baking sheet. (Discard remaining glaze.) Bake for 20 minutes and allow to cool before serving.
