Perfect for summertime, these tangy jalapeño pickled shrimp incorporate Gesus Palomino's Candied Jalapeño Marinade & Cocktail Mix for an effortless appetizer or main.

In a large pot over high heat, add Gesus Palomino Candied Jalapeño Marinade & Cocktail Mix, white vinegar, and salt and bring to a boil. Add shrimp and cook for 3 to 4 minutes, or until shrimp is pink. Remove from heat and allow to cool for 5 minutes.
In a large bowl or jar, add cooked shrimp, red onion, lemon, and chopped dill. Pour warm pickling liquid over the top and refrigerate for 24 hours. Serve chilled.
