Curry-Roasted Cauliflower Recipe

With only three ingredients, this curry-roasted cauliflower recipe delivers big flavor thanks to the Kerala sauce from Virginia-based Clark + Hopkins. Drawing on globally inspired flavors, Clark + Hopkins sauces quickly elevate simple ingredients with tastes from India, Oaxaca, Ethiopia, and stateside destinations, like Texas and the Chesapeake Bay.

This recipe gives roasted cauliflower an entirely new flavor profile. It gets spice from jalapeños, sweetness from kaffir lime leaf, and warmth from cumin and ginger. The coconut milk base coating the cauliflower results in a creamy, luscious texture. 

Recipe: Curry-Roasted Cauliflower with Kerala Sauce


1 cauliflower head 

2 tablespoons of olive oil 

2 tablespoons of Kerala sauce


  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. 
  2. Rub the cauliflower head with the olive oil and Kerala. Cover with aluminum foil and roast for 30 minutes. Remove cover and roast 45 minutes longer. Let cool slightly before serving.
