Just in time for summer,Carolina Breweryis launching their first-ever fruit-infused beer, sky peach. With subtly sweet peach layered in every sip, the cans are sure to be a summertime favorite.
To celebrate the release, Carolina Brewery has shared four recipes with The Local Palate Marketplace that are the perfect hot weather pairings with their newest brew.
Here, find bright and zesty salmon tacos with a mango peach salsa and a drizzle of their spicy Sriracha Steak Sauce.
Add all ingredients to a small bowl and mix to combine. Season with salt to your liking. Allow to rest in the fridge.
Make the tacos
Brush the salmon fillets with a little oil and grill over medium high heat (around 425 degrees) for 6-8 minutes on one side then an additional 2-4 minutes on the other.
Allow the salmon to rest a few minutes, then shred and place into a bowl.
Assemble the tacos: place tortillas down then top with cabbage, salmon, mango peach salsa, and drizzle with sriracha steak sauce to your liking.
