Ingredients
4 cups (1 quart) coffee ice cream, softened
1 cup Griff’s Toffee, chopped
1 chocolate crumb crust
1 (8-ounce) container of whipped topping
Directions
In a mixing bowl, stir to combine ice cream and Griff’s Toffee pieces, reserving a few pieces for garnish. Transfer ice cream mixture to crust and freeze until solid, about 2 hours.
Cover ice cream pie with whipped topping and top with reserved toffee pieces.
