Blood Orange Margarita

While blood orange season only runs roughly from December to April in North America, Liber & Co. gives the perennial flavor a year-round lifecycle through their Blood Orange Cordial. Based in Texas, Liber & Co. uses real fruits and house-made syrups to create their line of cordials that put premium ingredients first. 

If you're not already familiar with cordials (also known as a liqueur), they are distilled spirits that are flavored with herbs, spices, fruit, and sometimes nuts. The botanical flavor of profile can be enjoyed alone, over sparkling water, or in a cocktail. Check out Liber & Co.'s blood orange margarita recipe below:
