The Local Palate’s Marketplace’s newest vendor is Beaufort Olive Oil Company. With locations in Beaufort, Emerald Isle, and Morehead City, NC, owner and chef Clarke Merrell is stretching his branches across the coast. Merrell opened the company in 2013 and is also executive chef and owner of other restaurants, including Circa 81 Tapas & Cocktaileria, Prime Bistro & Wine Bar, and Dank Burrito.
