Ingredients

1 lb lean ground turkey

4 tablespoons Carolina Dry Rub

4 tablespoons goat cheese
-
2 fresh peaches, sliced
-
2 tablespoons mayonnaise, plus additional for topping

8 strips bacon, cooked till crispy

½ cup arugula
-
4 potato burger buns
Directions
Take the ground turkey, mayonnaise, and Carolina Dry Rub and combine with your hands in a medium sized bowl. Form 4, 1-inch thick burger patties.
Grill the burgers over medium-high direct heat (around 450-500 degrees) for about 6-7 minutes per side. Toss the buns on the grill for a quick sear if you deisre.
Assemble the burgers on the buns with a shcmear of goat cheese on each, 2-3 peach slices, two slices of bacon, a handful of arugula, and any additional mayonnaise.
