Peach Flatbread

Ingredients

1 store-bought flatbread

1 ounce ball of mozzarella

1 chicken breast, grilled and tossed in Carolina Gold BBQ Sauce

2 fresh peaches, sliced

½ red onion, chopped
-
½ cup arugula
-
1 teaspoon flaky sea salt
-
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Directions
Grill the chicken breast then slice into bite-size pieces. Toss the pieces in a bowl with Carolina Gold BBQ Sauce.
Assemble the flatbread, breaking apart the mozzarella and spacing evenly across the flatbread and topping with the onion, chicken, and peaches. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
Top the flatbread with arugula, flaky sea salt, red pepper flakes, and an additional drizzle of Carolina Gold BBQ Sauce (if desired).
