Big Delicious ships their products frozen in insulated shipping boxes with ice packs. (During warmer periods they may use dry ice.) They ship using UPS Ground or 2nd Day Air (depending on your location) in order to ensure your delivery arrives meeting our high-quality standards.
Orders received prior to Wednesday afternoon will ship that same week. Orders received after Wednesday afternoon will ship the following Monday.
If you are shipping to NC, SC, VA, GA, FL, AL, MS, LA, AR, TN, KY, IL, IN, OH, MI, WV, MD, PA, DE, NJ, CT, RI, MA, NH,VT, or NY -- select UPS Ground as your shipping method at checkout. EVERYWHERE ELSE MUST SHIP UPS 2nd DAY AIR.
It doesn't happen often, but if any issue occurs or you receive damaged product please drop us an email within 2 days of receipt (chris@thelocalpalate.com) with photos attached, and we will refund you for the damaged goods.
Because the product is shipped frozen we unfortunately cannot accept returns.
