Siblings Nancy Bruns and Lewis Payne are seventh generation salt makers. They revived their family business on the same land their ancestors made salt on 150 years ago. The solar-evaporated, mineral-rich salt is delicious on any dish. Their line of caramel sauces is based on a Dickinson Family recipe, perfected by Nancy and Lewis's father, John Payne.
