Kyle Payne and Max Blackman started making Holy Smoke Smoked Olive Oil in 2012 with a simple mission to create unique, delicious, and healthful smoked foods that everyone can enjoy. They met while working together at a restaurant on Folly Beach when they came up with their first product and started selling at the Charleston Farmers Market. Holy Smoke caught on and is now making its way to pantries and kitchens around the country!
