- ½ tablespoon butter, room temperature
- 2 slices fresh ciabatta bread
- ⅓ cup Big Delicious Sausage Dip
- 1 teaspoon salt
-1 teaspoon pepper
- 4 Pickled Pink Okras, halved
1. Place a cast iron pan over medium-high heat. Butter both sides of bread slices and toast bread in pan, turning once, until browned.
2. Remove toast, leaving pan over heat, and smear Big Delicious Carolina Sausage Dip on 1 slice of bread. Season with salt and pepper. Place Pickled Pink Okra halves over sausage dip, then top with remaining bread slice.
3. Transfer sandwich back to hot pan and place another heavy pan or soup cans on top of sandwich to maximize the melt.
4. Remove from heat, cut sandwich in half, and serve.
