Ingredients
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 3/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ginger spice
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup Georgia Grinders Almond Butter
- 1/2 cup melted coconut oil
- 2 eggs ( beaten )
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1/3 cup greek yogurt or applesauce
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup chocolate chips

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 and grease a loaf pan
2. Whisk dry ingredients, flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg until combined and set aside
3. In another bowl begin to combine wet ingredients, eggs, coconut oil, brown sugar, Georgia Grinders Almond Butter, shredded carrots, yogurt and vanilla extract
4. Pour wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and whisk until combined, folding in chocolate chips
5. Transfer mixture to loaf pan and bake 55-65 minutes, cover loaf with foil toward the end to avoid browning on top.
6. Remove from oven let sit 3 minutes, slice and top with Georgia Grinders Almond Butter
